I did not expect the service we have received from Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors. We bought our first house directly with a big bank, instead of using a broker. This experience has been great. They have provided us guidance along the way and helped us stay on track. Both Taylor and Bob have been extremely responsive and available to us at all times of day (sometimes even staying late to talk to us). We really appreciate all their help and are very comfortable recommending them to everyone we know.

We worked with Taylor Runyen and the team at PMA. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Got a great rate, locked in quickly and had no issues along the way. Taylor was responsive to all of our questions and reached out proactively each step of the way. Even though we had a tight 45 day deadline to close, the PMA team worked with us and we were ready for closing almost two weeks in advance. Would highly recommend them for anyone in the home buying process.
